In 2011 we started thinking about a new kind of absence management software that would put social climat and people first. Today we’re a company of about 13 people spread across 3 cities with our headquarters in Morges, Switzerland.
We’re HR-engineers, designers, developers, learners, travellers, hikers, soccer players, movie goers, climbers, snowboarders, kite surfers, dancers, knitters, yoga teachers, musicians, parents, and hard workers.
We make Biings (the product), we write code, support our clients and help them maintain flexible and sustainable working practices in their company. That's what we do. That's who we are.
