Reporting to the Head of HRIS, you will be our learning technology expert.
You are in charge of technical support to your colleagues around the world to solve issues and answer questions. You train future LMS users. You maintain user data and functionalities. You ensure security and confidentiality measures are in place.
In coordination with several subject matter experts, you will analyze business needs, propose recommendations, deploy solutions and reinforce their usage. Change management and Reporting will be key elements of your responsibilities.
Your daily activities will require you work closely with the Training & Learning resources, technical consultants, the IT department, HR colleagues in our markets, Group HR, Subject Matter Experts and more.

- Technical knowledge: you have a previous experience with any LMS technology (SAP, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, etc) and an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of a LMS technology.
- Knowledge of best practices in training design to create engaging and user-friendly learning environments.
- Communication: you can communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at every level of the organization. You must be fluent in English.
