His Responsibilities:

The candidate will on a daily basis:

• Develop, Construct, Test and maintain the architecture of the client
• Ensure its Architecture will support the requirements of the business
• Discover opportunities for data acquisition
• Develop data set processes for Data Modelling, Data Mining, and Data Production
• Marry Systems together by to use of Variety of languages and tools

 

(Example: Scripting Languages)

•  Recommend way to Improve Data Reliability, Efficiency, and Quality
•  Conduct Research to answer industry and business questions
• Leverage large volumes of data from Internal and External sources to answer that business
• Employ sophisticated analytics programs, machine Learning, and statistical methods

to prepare data for use in predictive and prescriptive modelling

• Explore and examine data to Find Hidden Patterns
• Automate work using predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Tell Stories to key stakeholders based on their analysis (Storytelling)

His Profile

• Intellectual curiosity, Teamworking value, Great communication skills
• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, SQL and NoSQL
• Experience in Programming in Python, Java and Scala
• Knowledge of at least one Cloud Platform (Google, Amazon)
• Be familiar with Machine Learning

(Supervised machine learning, Time Series, Natural Language Processing, Outlier Detection, Computer Vision, Recommendation engines, Survival Analysis, Reinforcement Learning, Adversarial Learning)

• Experience in Big Data Tools and Data Pipelines

(Example: Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Hadoop (HDFS, HBase, Hive), Apache Cassandra)

• Experience in Data Visualisation (Tableau)
