Description

Governance:

·         Leading a security governance body in order to align security improvement actions across Group Security and Cyber Office team (GSCO) and Global Information Services (GIS)

Projects:

·         Leading and participating in projects in order to improve the overall service provided

·         Anticipating and identifying projects for budget preparation

Operations:

·         Managing and administering computer and telephony networks and related environments including system software, applications software, hardware and configurations

·         Managing security devices, protecting data, software and hardware and other network and system problems

·         Managing network service requests and incidents as Third Line Support ( L3)

·         Maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) of all IT related items

·         Managing IT third party interactions

·         Managing and operating Data Centers (main and backup)

·         Participating to the On-Duty shifts for network support (24/7)

·         Performing security maintenance on the system in line with the company’s global polici

Votre profil

PROFILE

·         Preferably a Master degree in a Technology related field of study or Bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience

·         5+ years of Network/Telephony/Security administration experience is required, ideally in a global organisation

·         Knowledge and experience in installing, configuring and monitoring of Cisco Network Devices (switches, access point, routers), Checkpoint Firewall and unified communication devices (Cisco call manager, Cisco phones, Polycom video conference, Logitech, Microsoft teams)

·         ITIL certification

·         Knowledge and understanding in firewalls, NAC and network security as well as in operational and security monitoring, e.g. Solarwinds

·         Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple countries

·         Experience in project management, a plus

·         Good analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies

·         Ability to define and lead processes and to enforce procedure and policies

·         Fluent in written and spoken English / French
