ROLE
Define OT/IT Strategy & Standards
· In collaboration with Cyber security team defining industrial network security standards and procedures
· Ensuring that good practices are embedded across all our industrial environment OT sites globally in coordination with corporate GIS and security team
· Managing the selection and relationship with third parties
Projects
· Leading and participating in projects in order to improve the overall service provided
· Anticipating and identifying projects for budget preparation
Operations
· Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions
· Managing OT/IT security incidents as First Line Support (L1) and tasks/incidents for GIS as Second Line Support (L2)
· Managing and monitoring servers and endpoints in the OT networks including reviewing and controlling connection of new ones
· Monitoring data transfer in/out of the OT network
· Performing capacity planning, system patching and backups in the OT networks
· Supervising all new OT systems implementation, including installation, configuration, hardening and connection
· Performing security maintenance on the system in line with the company’s global policies
· Maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) of all IT related items
· Preferably a Master degree in a Technology related field of study or Bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience
· 5+ years of OT/Network/Servers administration experience
· Knowledge and experience in administration of small-medium size IT infrastructures, including installing, configuring and hardening of Windows servers, Windows workstation and network devices (switches, routers)
· Knowledge and experience in operational and security monitoring, e.g. Nagios as well as in firewalls (checkpoint), NAC and network security (Cisco devices)
· ITIL certification and industrial environment OT best practices
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple countries
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high level of diplomacy, customer focused
· Experience in project management, a plus
· Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies such as those used in industrial control systems
· Ability to define and lead processes and to enforce procedure and policies
· Fluent in written and spoken English/ French
