You will be responsible of the people’s coordination and processes in order to ensure that our client projects are delivred on time to produce the desired results in strict respect of budgetary constraints.



  • Analysis, development and evaluation activities:
    • Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project: process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, writing of specifications, report/minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management and user support.


  • Organization, management and implementation activities:
    • Manage project plan
    • Process modelling and implementation
    • Tests and defect management
    • Manage project risks and issues
    • Manage technical teams
    • Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts.


  • Communication, contact, moderation or sales activities:
    • Change management and trainings
    • Animation of committees / sessions in the framework of project governance
    • Relations with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on the project
    • Reporting to Azqore Top management on the project
    • Project management in collaboration with the strategic stakeholders of the Client
    • Banks and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, …)


  • Financial and control activities
    • Budget monitoring of the project
    • Time-sheets follow-up
    • Invoices control

Votre profil

  • Master or equivalent
  • PMP certification (or similar) is an asset
  • French and English Level C1
  • Other languages are a plus (Italian, Spanish, German...)


  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS (hard skills)
    • Experience in managing complex technical implementations (with application programming interface)
    • Team management skills
    • Project management skills
    • Strong delivery culture, ideally for banking clients
    • Banking sector knowledge, Wealth Management sector knowledge is a plus
    • Usual desktop and presentation tools

    • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems
    • Strong appetite for nonstop learning with a curious mindset
    • Good communication, writing and synthesis skills
