- Define and follow-up on the overall project schedule(s) that capture cross functional involvements, define and follow-up of the actions
- Define / clarify the project(s) budgets. Track and manage project spent
- Ensuring on-time delivery, cost within budget, scope risks change control and communication for the whole IT project
- Providing guidance for coordinators/business analysts assigned to the program from other IT departments and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios
- Analyzing business scenarios/cases
- Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT Point of view in relation with the LR requirements
- Perform a timely reporting to IT management / Business
