Description

- Define and follow-up on the overall project schedule(s) that capture cross functional involvements, define and follow-up of the actions

- Define / clarify the project(s) budgets. Track and manage project spent

- Ensuring on-time delivery, cost within budget, scope risks change control and communication for the whole IT project

- Providing guidance for coordinators/business analysts assigned to the program from other IT departments and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle

- Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios

- Analyzing business scenarios/cases

- Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT Point of view in relation with the LR requirements

- Perform a timely reporting to IT management / Business

- Lead IT coordination meeting (IT Project Committee, IT Steering Committee) ; provide input for business meetings from an IT point of view

 

Votre profil

- Strong IT delivery transformation experience

- Seniority and good communication skills

- Experience with core banking landscape

- Autonomous - Structured methodology

- Capability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written ideal)

- Capacity to respect confidentiality of both the bank and the mission

- Client oriented

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment given fixed timeframe

- Practical

Experience : 

+10 years : senior

At least 10-year experience in a similar role in the banking sector

Languages : French & English Fluent
