We provide in our startup a software solution that automates such calls to save costs and better fit the workers' interests. The job description is speech synthesized in optimal language by an AI, only requiring the human manager to mark jobs on a visual map. We sell our software as B2B SAAS with an IP licensing strategy for additional product components (3 patents pending).
