Description

Maintain and support existing Cisco network infrastructure consist of Cisco Core and Access Switches, LAN/WAN/VPN routers

management of layer-2 and Layer-3 devices LAN network of approx. 62 Countries comprising of routers, switches

Manage WAN/Routing/ACLs/Policies,VLANs, firewalls, check points and fireeye

Troubleshoot WAN related issues including EIGRP, OSPF and RIP routing.

In depth technical troubleshooting on Switching, troubleshoot LAN, VLAN related issues include Network Slowness, Loops, coordinate with H&F Support teams to resolve the issue related to Enterprise Networks.

Monitoring Routers / Switches thresholds for CPU, memory etc through solarwinds ,Hpovo tool, call logging with vendors , basic device

Review the Design Document in order to accommodate requirements requested by the client and Configuration ,updating topology diagram , troubleshooting network failure

Maintaining Asset Sheet, IP Schema, Run book and Network Diagrams in Visio Format, Preparing & Implementing SIPs etc.

Perform active monitoring of LAN/WAN network traffic and provide management with recommendations for upgrades and maintenance to ensure our network is running optimally and implemented new or improved incident, problem, change and Continuous

Updating, maintaining, and following operational/engineering processes and procedures

Validating documentation accuracy

Driving to multiple facilities as requested/required

Maintain and support existing Firewall appliances.

Create and maintain network design and flow diagram and network security plan.

Maintaining SLA for Internal as well external Customers.

Initialization of critical bridge event in case of huge failure (Sev1, Sev2 sev3,sev4)

Maintain documents of work perform during the day, Add/Remove devices from Monitoring.

Improvement processes, procedures and systems

Follow and enforce ITIL policies and procedures.
