Our rendering engine is a software module able to manipulate video feeds in real-time. Multiple feeds can be combined in a single view, or switched by applying animated transitions and effects. The engine is also able to render and animate texts and any sort of graphics. Both 2D and 3D effects are supported. This module generates several output video feeds for recording, streaming and display on screen.
We plan to redesign this render engine, improve the architecture and add support for multiple rendering backends. We would like to add new visual effects and improve the visual quality. We are searching for a senior software engineer able to lead this project.
Needed skills (that you have or you are able to acquire):
If you don’t have all the required skills but have experience in software development for games, video editing, industrial vision, medical imaging or similar, and have the ability to learn and acquire these skills, your application is welcome.
