Our customer is one of the largest independent energy trading groups in the world and operates through a global group of companies. Although mainly a physical oil trader, the Group is now broadly based – with active trading operations in gas, coal, power, non-ferrous metals, derivatives and sugar. 
Essentially, they trade energy: they create markets for fuel products; they deliver cargoes, safely, on-specification and on-time; they provide extensive terminal and storage facilities; and they engineer innovative financing structures to the benefit of their customers. 
Through a Foundation, they are also active in charitable funding to benefit severely deprived children in Asia, Africa, Latin America and CIS. Founded in Rotterdam in 1966, today the company has nearly 50 offices worldwide – with its largest operations in Geneva, Houston, London and Singapore. 

Votre profil

To join an existing team, we are looking for a REACT Developer, located Geneva.

Technical Requirements 

• React: version 16.8 and above. Good understanding of react in general with focus on hooks, effects, functional components, design patterns (HOC, renderProps..)
  
• Experience with styled components or any other similar css-in-js framework
  
• Testing: good familiarity with jest, react-testing-library, ability to write unit and integration tests.
  
• Redux: at least understanding of the store concept and the unidirectional data flow model.

• Team player
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  
• Able to work in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
  
• Highly responsive, energetic and enthusiastic
  
• Resourceful and able to think creatively and adapt
  
• Strong communication skills – fluent in English, French language would be a plus.
