- Analyze and document business requirements following organizational template, which includes business process definition, business requirements summary, use case description, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements.
- Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose all requirements for the business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system functional and non functional specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst
- Advanced written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Great Personal skills with experience working in a multi-national environment
- Analytical and strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of technology and product drivers
- Air travel industry knowledge is a plus
