Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements following organizational template, which includes business process definition, business requirements summary, use case description, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements.
• Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose all requirements for the business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system functional and non functional specifications.

Votre profil

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst
• Advanced written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Great Personal skills with  experience working in a multi-national environment
• Analytical and strong problem solving skills
• Understanding of technology and product drivers
• Air travel industry knowledge is a plus
