Job Description

Within our mission to revolutionize Digital Experience Management, as a Senior Product Manager (Artificial Intelligence) you will play a pivotal role in driving the definition and execution of AI-driven solutions to enhance our product offerings. 

In a rapidly evolving landscape, the emergence of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) has opened up a realm of possibilities. We are in search of an individual who possesses the acumen to delve into these and other transformative technologies and their implications for the Digital Experience Management space. 

Your role will entail pinpointing the core challenges AI can address for our customer base, and defining and executing a roadmap that leverages it in new and existing products. 

Your mission: 

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and scope the problems to solve with AI.
  • Lead discovery activities in collaboration with UX and Technical leads.
  • Design solutions which will deliver business value leveraging cutting edge AI technologies.
  • Elaborate roadmaps and iterative plans.
  • Be the AI subject matter expert and evangelist, internally and externally.
  • Create thought leadership that articulate our perspective on AI in our industry.
  • Work directly with one or more development teams, prioritize stories, bugs, and epics, and participates in scrum ceremonies.
  • Work in close cooperation with our UX designers.
  • Document new features, and train Nexthink partners, sales engineers, and consultants about new releases.
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand how Nexthink is helping large organizations to improve the digital employee experience.
  • Follow our competitors and keep up to date with the industry.

 

 

 

 

Votre profil

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a product manager in a software company, working within a development team.
  • Proven experience with data and ML/AI technologies is a must.
  • Broad understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and knowledge of current trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator. You can explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Good knowledge of agile development/frameworks.
  • You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative, fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
  • Professional-level of English, spoken and written.
