We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Junior Banking Application Team Member to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a genuine interest in the banking industry.

As a Junior Banking Application Team Member, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of our banking applications. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the banking technology field and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description

Support internal users of core banking applications,
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to banking applications,
Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of banking applications and systems,
Collaborate with senior team members to solve more advances issues,
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality,
Provide support in the analysis and documentation of business processes and workflows,
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes,
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation,
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful application deployment and integration,
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Votre profil

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or a confirmed experience in support and operations,
Programming skills in languages such as Python, bash, Java,
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices,
Quick learner with a strong curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and frameworks,
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities,
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written,
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels,
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work,
Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
